Instructions for Use:
1. Heat the package in water at around 60 degrees Celsius, or microwave it at 1000W for 15-30 seconds with the packaging, then open the package. When taking out the product, it should feel warm to the touch.
2. Open the package and take out the no-rinse shampoo and hair care cap. Put the cap on your head, ensuring that all your hair is covered.
