[Product performance]
1. Nebulization volume: Under the working condition of 6L/min air flow, the nebulization volume basically reaches the required nebulization volume for clinical nebulization inhalation drug treatment, which should be ≥0. 25mL/min.
2. The connection between the tracheotomy mask and the fixed ring should be able to withstand an axial static tensile force of 15N for 15s without breaking or detaching.
3. The connection between the air inlet of the nebulizer cup and the catheter connector should be able to withstand an axial static tensile force of 15N for 15s without breaking or detaching.
4. Equivalent volume particle size distribution: The diameter distribution of the fog particles generated by the nebulizer cup: The proportion of fog particles ≤ Ф5μm is greater than 40%.
5. The product is sterile, and the residual amount of ethylene oxide should be ≤ 10μg/g.
[Instructions]
1. Unpack, take out the product, and connect the catheter connector to the bottom of the nebulizer cup to the wall oxygen or compressed nebulizer and other gas supply equipment.
2. During humidified airway treatment, add the corresponding liquid medicine according to the doctor's instructions (the added liquid medicine cannot exceed the maximum scale line of the cup body), and then install the top connecting core back; when the top connecting core is installed, the bottom cannot hit the small hole in the middle of the nebulizer cup, otherwise it may affect the nebulization effect.
3. If sputum suction is required, reserve a small hole in the middle of the tracheotomy mask for sputum suction.
4. After the end, organize the product and dispose of it properly.
