When the products provided by our company have product quality problems under normal use conditions from the date of delivery and use, we will guarantee to arrive within 48 to 72 hours after receiving the user's notice. If it is confirmed that it is the responsibility of our company, our company will unconditionally replace new products free of charge and bear the corresponding costs.
1. We promise that the product quality guarantee period is 1 year. If there are expired products, our company will bear all the responsibilities and exchange the products free of charge.
2. Our company has a perfect and reasonable distribution system and management system, and has a professional distribution team, including 4 distribution vehicles, 5 drivers, 4 documentary personnel and 5 technicians, to ensure satisfactory distribution services for the responsible company.
3. Our company promises to deliver the goods to the designated place according to the required time and quantity, and notify the receiving unit in advance to prepare for receiving the goods. If your company adjusts the delivery time, our company can advance or delay the delivery according to the request.
4. Based on the principle of reasonable distribution route, our company will take fast distribution speed, low distribution cost and low labor consumption as the goal, determine a simple, time-saving and labor-saving scheme in advance, and deliver the goods to the designated place in an efficient way.
