Disposable sterile medical supplies used in hospitals must be purchased in accordance with the unified system, and clinical departments are not allowed to purchase and use them on their own. Sterile disposable medical supplies can only be used once. The disposable sterilized medical supplies purchased by the hospital must include the license issued by the drug supervision and administration department, the product registration certificate, the health license and the business license issued by the health administrative department. Imported sterile medical supplies shall have the product registration certificate issued by the relevant drug supervision and administration department.
When purchasing disposable sterile medical supplies, business licenses, hygiene permits and inspection reports may be required. It must be archived and kept for future reference. The order agreement, delivery place, payment remittance account must be consistent with the product enterprise and the operating enterprise, and check the inspection certificate of each box (package) of products. The hospital shall set up a warehouse of disposable sterilized medical supplies, install a warehouse-in and warehouse-out registration system, record the time of each order, manufacturer, supplier, product name, quantity, details, unit price, product batch number, disinfection or sterilization date, expiration date, factory date, health license number, managers of both parties, etc., and store them on a cool, dry and well-ventilated shelf according to the expiration date.
